Collection, processing and use of personal data on visits to
the website
a) Log files
Our website is hosted by the internet provider STRATO AG, Pascalstraße
10, 10587 Berlin, Telephone: 030-300 146 0, Fax: 030886 15

We have made an agreement on order processing (AVV) with Strato
AG.
The data of each visit to this website are captured and stored as
log files on the Strato webserver.
These data are:
- IP address (Strato AG stores the IP addresses of the visitors
to our website for 7 days, so that any information required by
the relevant authorities can be provided for prosecution in case
of a hacking attack. It is deleted after 7 days. We have access
to the IP addresses longer than that, but only in anonymous form,
and we do not identify any individuals.)
- Date and time of request
- Name of requested file
- Access status/HTTP status code (successful or unsuccessful page
requests)
- Transferred data volume
- Your browser type, as well as the language and version of the
browser software
- The page from which you are visiting us.
- The client domain from which you are visiting us. This domain
usually indicates the access provider.
- The most frequently requested URLs, i.e. pages or elements of
our website.
- Access, hits (total number of data requested)
- Page views (total number of HTML and TXT files requested)
- Sessions (total number of different domains which have accessed
this internet presence)
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 s. 1 lit. f GDPR,
which means that processing of the data is necessary for the purposes
of the legitimate interests pursued by us. These data are a technical
requirement for displaying our website and ensuring its stability
and security. They are also evaluated in order to provide a user-friendly
design of the website.
The data are only visible to us online via our protected user account
with Strato and can be downloaded by us as log files. But we never
download these log files and do not archive them.
The computer centres of Strato AG have been tested and certified
by TÜV Süd according to ISO 27001 with respect to data
security as well. Various security mechanisms protect the data from
unauthorised access. They are on a data pool which is logically
separate from the data of other customers (zPool zones, login separation
etc.)
b) E-mails
You cannot enter any personal data at any point of the website.
We process personal data for the following purposes exclusively:
- to reply to your enquiries sent by e-mail
Your data are processed and stored on IT equipment. We store and
process your data only to the extent to which and as long as the
respective purpose necessitates this, i.e., for example, to reply
to your enquiry.
We do not pass your personal data on to any third parties. We take
all efforts to protect your personal data as best we can from misuse,
unauthorised access and loss.
2. E-mail Correspondence: Legal Basis for Data Collection
For enquiries that may or will result in a business relationship,
we process your data in accordance with Art. 6 DSGVO (GDPR), 1.b.
(This means in plain language that we process your data in order
to fulfil a contract or carry out pre-contractual measures, which
are taken on your request).
For all other requests, your data will be deleted after our reply
to the request. We would like to point out that data transmission
in the Internet (e.g. in e-mail correspondence) may involve security
loopholes. Complete protection of the data from third-party access
is not possible.
3. Your Rights: Information about your Data, Correction, Blocking,
Deletion
According to the Federal Data Protection Act, you have a right to
obtain information. You can request information about your data
stored by us free of charge at any time, as well as its correction,
blocking or deletion, as the case may be. Please use the contact
options above.

The website and its components, including all illustrations, are
protected by copyright. Using, copying and imitating them is only
permitted with our express permission.
5. Disclaimer for External Links
For direct or indirect references to other websites ("hyperlinks")
which lie outside our area of responsibility, we expressly declare
that at the time at which the links were set no illegal contents
could be found on the pages to be linked. We have no influence on
the current and future design, the contents or authorship of the
linked pages. Therefore, we hereby expressly distance ourselves
from all contents of all linked pages. The setting of external links
does not mean that we adopt the contents behind the reference or
link as our own. Permanent control of the external links cannot
be expected of us without concrete indications of violations of
any laws. However, we regularly check the linked third-party contents
